Interesting

I like how you used a mixture of blue and purple, and even a bit of green, to darken some areas rather than the boring black and grey; it really suits the theme. There's good use of lighting - especially in the eyes and lips and I can tell you have an eye for detail.
I'm trying to figure out what tools you used, am I right in thinking there's both oil pastels and colouring pencils?
Overall it's a really good image and there's nothing really I can find wrong with it.

Some positive criticism, however - unless it's a style or something, I think you need to keep the detail consistent throughout the image. I can see you put a lot of work into the face and some into the hair and chest, but the arm in the background looks a little awkward and rushed. If I finish the picture in my head, the angle on the forearm makes it look inhumanely long.
But that's only because I'm really critical about detail, anyone else would call it perfect.

So true.

Not much more to say.

This is excellent.

I did NOT see any of it coming. That's awesome.
Although, I think the punchline wasn't strong enough for the rest of the comic. The 4th panel was funnier than the last, but the break between each 'joke' with the Navis, I suppose, make up for that. It's like each joke was a standalone one, but I just think there could have been a funnier cameo. There's got to be more videogame characters that deal with space-travel, right?
And lastly, the second panel, the second part of the speech bubble - 'so please leave message' - you're missing an 'a'.

I really like this.

The detail and shading in this is excellent, I especially like the detail on the hand.
The smiley face looks realistic - good job.
I like the ambiguity too, and the meaning behind it.
Art like this is too often overlooked.

Some positive criticism - the only thing I thought was a bit off were the wrinkles on the forehead, they look kinda like they were just drawn on as an after-thought.

Wow. Thanks man. I really appreciate all the kind words. I don't think I've ever gotten a review that was so detailed. Lol. But thanks again man. And yeah the forehead wrinkles were just added as a minor detail. I'll try to put more work into that next time.
Cheers.

This is awesome

I can usually tell the punchline of a comic from the first few panels but this was completely unpredictable.
Also you clearly know your video-game characters, which is another bonus.
I don't usually give 10s, but this is just... Awesome.

my brunch

thanks for ruining it

Nothing needs to be said...

All that I can muster in the wake of this brilliance is... Awesome.

Haha

That's amazing! I love the style and colours.
How did you do it?
